KAISEKI? |
A
formal dinner. The history of Kaiseki Cuisine is over 400 years .
When the US president, prime ministers of other countries or VIPs
visit to Japan, Japanese prime minister would entertain them by formal
dinner and it will be Kaiseki. |

Cuisine originated in 16th century as a light meal served before the
TEA CEREMONY. |
COURSE
DINNER |
Kaiseki
has become multi course dinner served one by one & fresh at a
perfect temperature. Hot dishes are sizzling hot. Cold dishes are
icy cold. Using seasonal ingredients carefully chosen by the chef,
Kaiseki cuisine is served as appetizer, sashimi, clear soup, broiled
dish, fried dish, stewed dish, rice or noodle, and dessert. Kaiseki
is often served at special ceremonies or celebration and also is perfect
to entertain your guest on any special occasion. |

CAUTIONS: |
Kaiseki is a formal dinner, and we serve to the whole party who
are full aged customers. If some customers who wish to order from
regular menu dishes, we set up a table for those casual customers.
Because of kaiseki has a special table settings and manners, we
can not serve two different cuisine at the same table.
Basic Kaiseki starts
from $40,$55, $70. When you reserve the Kaiseki, we will ask you
whether you have any allergic foods or prefer foods, and then our
chef makes unique menu using seasonal foods. There's some sample
menu bellow. |
RESERVATION |
We
accept reservation party 2 or more. Please reserve 3 days before.
When you make a reservation on Tuesday, the most fast available
reservation is Friday. Please consult with our manager for the date
& time. We are closed on Monday
